Background:

Completed Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc) in 2012 and Ph.D in 2018 under the discipline of “Fisheries Resource Management” from ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Education, Mumbai, India. In 2015, I joined the Agricultural Research Service (101st FOCARS at NAARM, Hyderabad) and posted in ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute in April 2015. I was posted in the Pelagic Fisheries Division (PFD) of ICAR-CMFRI, Cochin in September 2015 and later transferred to the Puri Field Centre of ICAR-CMFRI, Puri in 2017. Currently, I am working on taxonomy, fishery biology and stock assessment of pelagic and demersal fishes of Odisha coast.
