Home Quinquennial Review Team (QRT)

The policy framework of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) requires its Institutions to be assessed every five years through a Quinquennial Review Team (QRT) to provide an independent, objective and transparent evaluation of performance of the Institute vis-à-vis its mission and goals, as a feedback to the Governing Body of the ICAR. In essence, the QRT evaluates the contributions made by the Institute, constraints faced in achieving the targeted goals, management policies and make recommendations for improvement in output and functioning of the Institute.
